When you contact us through this website, by email or by phone, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the nature of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss how we might support your organisation, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Enquiries may be stored in our email system and our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Some of these service providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@empovia.org.au.
